The nose offers indulgent aromas of caramel and brown sugar, with developing notes of mushroom and earth. On the palate, the wine is round on the attack, with lively acidity and remarkable concentration. The caramel lingers, whilst toasty notes emerge on the finish. A complex and elegant wine, despite a certain bitterness.
