Verkostungskommentar

The nose reveals a complex plant bouquet dominated by roots and cut grass, enriched by notes of eucalyptus, mint, bay leaf and sage. On the palate, caramel adds a gourmet dimension, while intense coffee and chocolate round off the whole. Despite its harmonious balance and lovely freshness, the somewhat excessive bitterness and slight pharmaceutical notes detract from the taste. The very good length compensates for these points.
