Tasting notes
The nose, complex but not particularly expressive, reveals aromas of baked apple, gentian and citrus peel. On the palate, the wine is rich and indulgent, with lovely suppleness and well-integrated, elegant fruit. The acidity is moderate and the alcohol is not quite as well integrated as it could be. The finish is of moderate length. A pleasant wine overall, however.
