The nose is initially expressive, with aromas of burnt notes, chocolate and soya sauce, along with hints of seaweed. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and burnt flavours. The acidity is lively, and the finish is very sweet. An elegant, smooth and concentrated profile, with excellent length.
