Tasting notes
The fresh nose reveals a complex bouquet dominated by ginger, aniseed and cinnamon, enriched by notes of cut grass, garrigue and fennel. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit add a lively citrus flavour. On the palate, this pleasant wine has good acidity and remarkable balance, despite some pharmaceutical notes.
