The fragrant nose reveals a bouquet of pome fruit with quince, elegant pear, grape and green apple. Floral notes of rose and honeysuckle add a remarkable delicacy, enhanced by balsamic touches of intense wax. The palate seduces with its lovely freshness and elegantly balanced bitterness, but suffers from insufficient length.
