Tasting notes

A seductive bouquet of cherry, strawberry and violet, with hints of mint and green pepper. Vanilla and green pepper add a spicy touch, underlined by delicate oak. On the palate, intensity and balance dominate, underpinned by vibrant acidity. The tannins are both intense and supple, lending an elegant structure to the whole.
