Tasting notes

A captivating bouquet dominated by cherries, accompanied by cranberries and redcurrants. The spices blend harmoniously: cardamom and cloves lead the way, followed by pink pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. Vegetal notes of pepper and dried herbs add complexity. On the palate, the balance is perfect, with mature tannins, lively acidity and good length.
