An intense bouquet opens with gourmand notes of honey and apricot, underlined by hints of blackberry and pastry. Hints of ginger, vanilla and lychee add complexity. On the palate, the full, round structure is seductive in its finesse, despite a slight lack of acidity. The whole is beautifully elegant.
